8. Governing Law and DIA Context
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Because Vinyl Scratch Arcade involves no real money and requires no purchases, it does not constitute gambling under the New Zealand Gambling Act 2003 and operates outside the regulatory purview of the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) regarding licensed gambling.
